Just bought a piano from here, best deal I could find online for it and it also happened to be in Birmingham. Collected it next day, receptionist polite and an warehouse worker carried to my car with a smile. Seamless process and great prices, feel fortunate to have come across them! :)

Went there a few weeks .. ago spent 200 odd quid on quality items for flat.. must of saved 100s . Brilliant quality Definitely recommend.. impressed

Cheapest you can find for most of what you want. I got an exercise bike/ cross trainer 2-in-1 thing. Works great, what you'd expect from the cheapest anywhere I could find on the internet. It did have a couple of missing bolts which were sent by royal mail courier service the same day as I sent the email. Great customer service.

Dreadful! There has clearly been an issue on the website, as I live 1hour from the store and so would choose delivery. I then get scammed by after purchase being informed that there is a £10 holding fee a day! Please be aware of this company! As I have most likely lost a lot of money to them and will not have my items delivered! Although I have offered to pay for the delivery! If you’d website fails you, you do not assume it is the customers fault! Who is disabled and unable to get to the store.

Worst company ever! This is basically a shop selling shoddy items that’s pretends it’s a shop selling valued goods. The bloke in there doesn’t know what manners are and is only out to fleece you. Parts missing and accuses you of stealing them. Since you’ve got the cctv of the parts all there, post it on here. Let’s have a look! And since it was sold as new, why you opening the boxes?

Bought a wardrobe in dark grey just to finish off the bedroom project. Great quality for the price. Easy to assemble, just follow the instructions? I would say between 40-60mins for experienced DIYer.
